We hope that you love your Hier Haircare product(s) as much as we do! Unfortunately, we do not accept returns.
All sales are FINAL.
We do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item you purchased is defective/damaged in transit OR incorrect item/s was shipped out. If you receive a defective or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of receiving item/s at support@hierhaircare.com to alert us of item/s with details of the product.
If a replacement is not available we will refund the full purchase price of your item.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
